Delete your account and practice data

The safest and fastest deletion path is inside the FromLvlZero app. Sign in, open Profile & Settings, choose Delete my account, and confirm your current password.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address connected to your FromLvlZero account. We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account and profile
• Your journeys, practice sessions, projects, and goals
• Your skills, mediums, and their session connections

What happens afterward

Deletion from active systems is permanent. Encrypted infrastructure backups may retain a temporary copy until they expire under the provider’s backup schedule. Backups are used only for disaster recovery and are not restored to recreate a deleted account.
