Terms of Service

Effective September 6, 2026

These terms govern FromLvlZero, a drawing-practice tracker operated by Darcnai. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Eligibility and account

You must be at least 13. You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials and device. The optional app lock is an additional local privacy measure.

The service

FromLvlZero records drawing sessions, projects, goals, skills, mediums, and progress based on what you enter. It is not professional instruction or a guarantee of artistic results. We aim for reliability but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. You can create your own CSV or JSON backup in the app.

Your content

You own the names, notes, and practice information you enter. You give Darcnai only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it to you while operating and securing the service. The current app does not publish it to other users.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app unlawfully, violate another person's rights, attempt to access another account, interfere with the service, or probe or bypass its security.

Optional tips

The app may link to Ko-fi. Tips are voluntary, processed outside the app, and unlock no content, feature, priority, or benefit. Ko-fi and its connected payment provider govern the transaction and any applicable refund or dispute.

Ending an account

You can permanently delete your account and synced data in Profile & Settings or through our account deletion instructions. Export anything you want to keep first. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a material violation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Darcnai is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or failures outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
